Booking Information

La Ville au Tady is our second home, rather than a commercial holiday home. We hope you find it to be comfortable and homely, and trust that you will treat it with care. In return, we undertake to provide you with a characterful, clean and comfortable cottage we are proud of.

• The normal changeover day is Saturday when departing guests should leave by 10am and new guests arrive after 4pm.
• Bookings in July and August should commence on a Saturday and be for a minimum of 7 nights.
• Off-season short breaks may be available, and can be flexible for changeover day, length of stay and price (minimum stay 4 nights). Please enquire and we will provide a price.
• Electricity, gas, water, heating, logs, internet access and cleaning are all included in the price.
• We ask you to provide your own towels, tea-towels, bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. If this is not possible, we can arrange for towels and bed linen at additional cost of £15 per person per set.
• For the benefit of all guests, we do not allow pets and the cottage is non-smoking. 
• The deposit is 25% payable within 5 days and the balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A booking will be confirmed once the completed booking request & deposit payment have been received and accepted.
