The rate includes rental for the whole cottage regardless of occupancy for up to 6 persons (plus baby).

We can provide them at £15 per person per set if required.
The deposit is 25% of the rental cost payable within 5 days. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

- Logs for fire.
- End of stay clean.
- Wi-Fi and use of our phone to receive incoming calls (outgoing calls at cost).
